Hi all

Im trying to reconstitute reta but im gettint an error and its making me think i am doinf something wrong

To my knowledge the vials can only hold 3ml of added bac water. I am wanting to do a 2mg dose.

Am i doing something wrong ?

I have not added bac water yet

I have the peptide protocol. So, all the peptides are always going to have 3 ml of BAC water put in them? Why do some people say 2 ml and some say 1 ml ? This is for Reta , GHK cu , AOD, Amino 5.

Hi all. I did my first Gouri treatment last week. I still have some swelling in my lower face that’s giving me jowls. It’s been 5 days. Am I at a point where I could do a light massage to get some lymphatic drainage? I wouldn’t do anything too crazy, but the jowling is bothering me. I miss my old unswollen face.
